While we do not collect personal information directly from users, certain technical data may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into the application, as described below.

2.5 Firebase Realtime Database (Google LLC)

To provide online features — including multiplayer, real-time synchronization of game state, and restoration of player progress — we use Firebase Realtime Database, a cloud-hosted service provided by Google LLC. Depending on how you use the game, the following categories of data may be stored or processed in the Realtime Database:

  • Account and device identifiers (for example: userID, device ID)

  • Game progress, scores, match state and session data

  • User-generated content submitted in-game (for example: chat messages)

  • Technical and diagnostic metadata necessary for service operation (for example: timestamps, connection metadata)

The data are processed solely to enable the game’s online functionality (synchronization, multiplayer, backup, and troubleshooting). Eramid Games s.r.o. acts as the data controller, and Google/Firebase acts as a data processor operating on our instructions. Data processed via Firebase may be stored and transmitted across geographic regions in accordance with Firebase’s infrastructure and terms.

No personal identification & limitations of data requests

We do not collect personal information that directly identifies individual users (such as names, email addresses, or contact details). The data stored in Firebase Realtime Database are pseudonymous technical data used only to operate the game. Because we are unable to identify individual players from these data, we cannot fulfill individual access, correction, or deletion requests related to them. You may stop all further data processing at any time by uninstalling the game.

Security and retention

We apply access controls and use Firebase Security Rules and authentication to limit access to data. Data are transmitted over secure channels. We retain Firebase data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

More information

For details about Google’s handling of data, please refer to Firebase’s privacy documentation and Google’s data processing terms.

2.6 Firebase Hosting (Google LLC)

Firebase Hosting is used to store and deliver static and dynamic content, including application assets and advertising-related resources. When users access content hosted via Firebase Hosting, Google may collect and process technical data such as IP address, user-agent, request headers, timestamps, and other log information. These data are used for content delivery, caching, security, and performance purposes and are processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

2.7 Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC)

Firebase Remote Config is used to manage and update application configuration values remotely, including feature flags and A/B testing parameters. Remote Config may use Firebase Installation IDs and other technical metadata to ensure the correct delivery of configuration values. These data are processed by Google solely to provide the Remote Config service and in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

2.8 Advertising identifiers and personalized ads

To display advertisements, third-party advertising SDKs (such as Unity Ads) may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA), IP address, and other technical information for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and reporting purposes. Users can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting their device settings, resetting their advertising identifier, or disabling ad personalization through their platform’s privacy settings. Additional information about managing advertising preferences is available in Google’s and Unity’s privacy documentation.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not share or sell any user data directly. All data is processed securely by the respective third-party providers mentioned above, who follow industry-standard encryption and security practices.

4. Children's Privacy

Our game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that data were collected unintentionally, we will take steps to remove such data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not directly collect personal information such as names or email addresses. Some technical and pseudonymous data (such as device identifiers, installation identifiers, IP addresses, and third-party log data) may be collected automatically by third-party service providers.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist users with requests to access, correct, or delete their data. In cases where data are stored exclusively by third-party service providers, we may be unable to directly fulfill such requests and will provide information on how users can contact the relevant providers or manage their data through available tools.
